Springboard is the recruitment system that sits behind the Smartjobs and careers website. It is used to recruit, manage job advertisements and applications, and appoint new Queensland Government employees to a role.

Use Springboard to shortlist applications, workflow candidates through the selection process and identify the successful candidate.
