- increase representation and support for women at all levels, particularly in leadership roles

- demonstrate our commitment to gender equality and creating a safe workplace for everyone.

The Queensland public sector Gender pay equity dashboard provides a snapshot of the key indicators of gender equity, and comparisons to national data from the Australian Workplace Gender Equity Agency (WGEA). The insights from this dashboard help raise awareness of the gender pay gap and guide future planning.
